“I don’t think it’s working,” Eric said.
“Yeah, we’re still in each other’s bodies,” Kristie sighed, “I thought you were some sort of magic witch.”
“I am.” Angelica insisted, “And a body swap is usually a pretty simple spell, so whatever affected you two was powerful as I can’t seem to reverse it. However --”
“However what?”
“I can at least help you deal with this. I can place a minor spell on you both so that you’ll be comfortable with your current gender. It should prevent the most awkward moments. You’ll still know you’re in the wrong body, but at least you’ll feel like you’re the correct gender.”
“What happens if we swap back while this spell is upon us?” Eric asked.
“You’ll know you’re back in your original body, but it will feel like your gender is wrong. It’ll be like your trans, except you won’t really know how to cope with being the gender you were born as. But given how powerful the magic that swapped you is, I don’t foresee that happening easily.”
Kristie and Eric exchanged knowing glances before agreeing. Angelica placed her hands on their head and they began to glow. Eric could feel the changes in his mind. He knew he was still in Angelica’s body, but things like how he struggled to put on a bra this morning now seemed more comical than frustrating! Of course he know how to put on a bra, and why was he even focusing on that? There was nothing strange about him wearing one...
