The Fog (Part 2)

View Part 1 of The Fog.

We only calmed down once the clerk banged on our door to tell us we were disturbing the other guests. We tried to be a little quieter after that. We each prodded our own bodies for a while out of sheer curiosity, and then we reached out for each other. I felt an exciting energy as I touched Mack’s body, and he did the same as we both pulled back instantly. Then we decided to get some sleep and deal with the car in the morning.

As I laid there, sleep wasn’t coming. There was too much on my mind. After a long time, I finally said aloud, “I may be a girl now, but I think I still LIKE girls. I’m a lesbian.”

The room was silent for what felt like an eternity before Mack finally spoke, “Me too.”

I suppose I took a long time when thinking of what to say next as well. Finally, I blurted out, “Should we do lesbian stuff together?”

“Maybe if we’re stuck like this?” Mack replied, “It’ll be awkward if we do that tonight, and we find ourselves back to normal tomorrow.”

“If we find ourselves back to normal tomorrow, I have a feeling we’ll have a very suspicious hotel clerk asking questions about two missing girls.”

“Exactly. We’ll have enough problems. No need to add more to think about...”
