“And I hope you don’t worry about your body as I am taking very good care of it. I am getting plenty of exercise, eating well, and your boyfriend says he has never been happier. As far as everyone is concerned, things have never been better. I thought I’d have some trouble, but it seems that when you look like someone else, it doesn’t matter how much you don’t really act like that person. There’s no way for me to know what you are thinking in there, but I hope you are a very happy brain in a jar...”
