Life's a Beach

Ed didn’t question the woman running by him in a bikini on the beach. At least a dozen other had done so earlier in the day. But then he was lifted to his feet and handcuffed by a cop a few minutes later. He tried to question, but with the first few words out of his mouth, he noticed something wrong with his voice. He looked down and saw a familiar pink bikini. Then he looked over and saw his own body lying on the beach where he had just been.

He tried to explain to the officer, “I know it sounds crazy, but I’m not who you think I am. This...isn’t my body.”

The cop just shook his head. And Ed did know he sounded crazy. Whatever crime this woman had committed, he was going to go down for it. There was no way he was going to be able to say she had swapped bodies with him to set him up. It just seemed way too impossible to even believe!
