Artificial
It was quite amazing what technology could do! Dr. Lester Marlburg had first started experimenting about 200 years ago. He removed many of his failing organs and put artificial ones in their place. Perhaps the most stunning was when he had his wrinkled skin replaced with a thin layer of smooth plastic. When he realized that his body had few organic parts left, he began to get quite creative, replacing his replacements with new parts that were no longer like the originals, ultimately looking like a shapely woman instead of the out-of-shape man he once was. He could laugh at the irony. He had achieved the ideal perfection of female beauty, yet there was little (if any) part of his that was truly human anymore. It was only through artificial recreation that he had obtained such human perfection.
