Procedure

Craig figured that he should be happy to be alive. After the car accident, his body had been completely paralyzed, but they were able to salvage his brain. As the only viable organ, it was donated to a new scientific program. The doctors had taken all sorts of parts from different donors to bring an individual back to life. Craig was shocked to wake up with a mostly female body with some metal parts replacing a few missing pieces on his head and torso. The doctors assured Craig that they would replace these elements as soon as new parts were acquired. In the meantime, physical therapy would begin. They trotted Craig out in front of a panel, amazed at how quickly the accident victim was up and walking with the new experimental procedure.
