It had been a year since the toxic waste spill that destroyed Tony's neighborhood, and he was finally returning home...or at least as close as the government would let him. The entire area had been fenced in to prevent further contamination. Tony had actually been surprisingly lucky. The toxic waste caused untold amounts of mutations and injury. Tony wasn't injured, but he did suffer a strange mutation--he grew breasts and his penis fell off while a vagina appeared in its place. He had become a woman. At least he was able to enjoy the government's settlement and live a somewhat normal life. Still, he missed his manhood, and he looked back through the fence, thinking about all he lost on the other side where the spill happened.
